The Full Permanent Makeup 10 Day Training Course teaches lip blush, lip neutralization, eyeliner tattoo, and eyebrow microblading techniques. It is 10 days of hands-on training that provides tools and supplies as well as health and safety training that meets OSHA guidelines and Maryland’s regulations for permanent makeup.
